Roscommon Co Board in conjunction with Croke Park is embarking on a referee recruitment campaign. We as a club are obliged to do our bit to ensure a full compliment of referees to take charge of the vast number of games played in the county each year. Last year two club members, Barry Egan and Gareth Scahill completed the course and now we would like to hear from other club members who might consider taking up refereeing. The campaign slogan reads as follows "Think you can do better? Then put your whistle where your Mouth is". If you think you can do better then contact county referee administrator Brian Stenson (086 7908979) who will inform you of the dates for the course.
A six week training programme for u6, u8, u10 and u12 boys and girls begins in the Hub on Friday 20th February. Under 6 and 8 from 6 to 7pm, under 10 and 12 from 7 to 8pm. All existing club members are welcome to attend; new members will be warmly welcomed.

Next weeks jackpot is €9,400 and the draw takes place in Caulfield’s on Friday 13th February. Tickets on sale in shops and pubs in town or any club official at €2 per panel or three panels for €5. Castlerea St Kevin’s thanks everyone who supports our lotto.
