Club Notes 09--11--2014

The November Club Executive meeting takes place in the O’Rourke Centre on Thursday night at 8-30pm; all members are requested to attend. 
The u21 team were defeated by Oran in round three of the championship last Sunday in O’Rourke Park. This completes their season this year. Thanks to the management team of Dermot Lyons, Michael Sweeney, Sean Raftery and David Flahive. Thanks also to the playing panel for their commitment. 
The u14 boys play Kilmore/ShannonGael’s in the Garda Cup final next Saturday in Boyle, please check fixtures for the time of throw in. 
The junior team’s relegation playoff against Clan Na nGael is fixed for Sunday 16th November in Kiltoom at 1-00pm. 
Best of luck to St Croan’s in their Connaught intermediate final next Sunday in Tuam.

We extend our sympathy to Sean Raftery and family Trien and the Kelly family Ballinagare on the death of Frances Kelly last week, may she rest in peace. 
There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of €8,000 on Friday 07th November. Numbers drawn on the night were 1, 2, 7 and 11. €50 winners on the night were Amanda Dwyer, James Ryan, Mae Callaghan and Monica McFadden. Next week’s jackpot is €8,100 and the draw takes place in Mulvihill’s on Friday 14th November. Tickets on sale in shops and pubs in town or any club official at €2 per panel or three panels for €5. Castlerea St Kevin’s thanks everyone who supports our lotto. 
Next bingo is in O’Rourke Centre on Friday 14th November at 8-30pm. The jackpot will be €2,250 on 46 calls or less. Quick lotto is at €950. 
The weekly 25 card game continues in the O’Rourke Centre each Sunday night starting at 8-30 pm, refreshments are served and new players are always welcome.
