The junior team play Strokestown in round two of the Junior championship nextSunday in Strokestown at 6-30pm. 

The u14 boys had a good win over Clan Na nGael in O’Rourke Park last Thursday. They play Roscommon Gael’s next Thursday in O’Rourke Park at 7-30pm. 

The u16 boys were defeated by Eire Og in the championship last Friday evening. 

The minor team play Boyle in the championship next Saturday. 

The intermediate ladies team had a great win against Roscommon Gael’s in the championship last FridayThey were in control at half time but had to work hard in the second half against a strong comeback by the Gael’s, well done to all involved. Their next outing is against Boyle next weekend. The u8 and u10 girls played Oran last week and travelled to Belanger for a Connaught blitz on Saturdaylast; they performed well and enjoyed the occasion. Well done to Lisa O Rourke who lined out for the Roscommon u12 team at the same venue. 

Our Gaelic for mother’s team played in a Connaught blitz with some impressive performances and everyone having an enjoyable day. Well done to all who organised the events.

Coaching for boys and girls u6 to u12 continues in O’Rourke Park on Mondays at 6-30pm. 

There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of 6,300 on Friday 11thJulyNumbers drawn on the night were 1115, 28 and 35. €50 winners on the night wereEamon Kennedy, Martin Costello, Doreen Murphy and Derval Harte. Next week’s jackpot is 6,400 and the draw takes place in Hester’s on Friday 18th July. Tickets on sale in shops and pubs in town or any club official at €2 per panel or three panels for €5. Castlerea St Kevin’s thanks everyone who supports our lotto.
