Football results: The u14 girl’s defeated Western Gael’s in the division two league last Wednesday in O’Rourke Park, the boy’s u14 team were defeated by St Faithleach’s in the division three league K/O last Thursday in Ballyleague, the men’s junior team were defeated by St Dominic’s in the division four league last Sunday in O’Rourke Park and the u16 boy’s drew with St Faithleach’s in the division three league semi final in O’Rourke Park last Friday but lost the replay in Ballyleague last Sunday. Football Fixtures: the men’s junior team play St Dominic’s in the junior A championship next Friday in Knockcroghery at 8pm, the senior team play St Michael’s in The All County Cup next Sunday in Ardcarne Park at 2pm and the girl’s u14 team play St Croan’s in the division two league next Wednesday in Enfield at 7pm. We wish Colm McDermott a speedy recovery from the injury he sustained in the division four game last Sunday. Please support all our teams. See or local press for county fixtures and results. There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of €4,900 on Friday 25th May. Numbers drawn on the night were 2, 9, 16 and 26. €50 winners on the night were Maureen Hayden, Tim Daire, John Corcoran, Marion Birmingham and Samie Mee. Next weeks jackpot is €5,000 and the draw takes place in McGourty’s on Friday 01st June. Tickets on sale in shops and pubs in town or from any club official at €2 per panel or three panels for €5. Well done to Kelis Curran who won a silver medal in the u14 50m fly, and Jessica Gannon who Came fourth in the 50m fly and Lily Mulrenan who came fifth in the u12 50m free at the Community Games national swimming finals in University Of Limerick last week.
